Al Wazir appoints new members to real estate development chamber board

Engineer Kamel Al Wazir, Deputy Prime Minister for Industrial Development and Minister of Industry and Transport, selected Engineer Omar Hisham Talaat Moustafa, Chief Executive Officer for Business Development at Talaat Moustafa Group Holding; Engineer Mohamed El Menshawy, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Heliopolis Housing and Development Company; and Engineer Ahmed Mansour, Chief Executive Officer of Cred, to join the Board of Directors of the Real Estate Development Chamber at the Federation of Egyptian Industries.

This was stated in Decree No. 418 of 2025 regarding the appointment of certain members to the boards of various industrial chambers at the Federation of Egyptian Industries for the 2025–2029 term.

The elections of the Real Estate Development Chamber at the Federation of Egyptian Industries, held on October 21, resulted in the unopposed election of 12 members to the chamber’s board for the 2025–2029 term.

The Federation of Egyptian Industries Law and its executive regulations divide real estate development companies into three categories: large, medium, and small. The law mandates the election of four representatives from each category. The Ministry of Trade and Industry appoints three additional members to complete the legal number of the chamber’s board. Internal elections are then held to select the chamber’s president, vice presidents, executive committee, and the chamber’s representative to the federation.

The winners in the large enterprises category are Engineer Tarek Shoukry, representing Arabiya for Development Company; Engineer Amr Soliman, representing Mountain View Company; Engineer Amjad Hassanein, representing Al Taamir for Housing and Development Company; and Engineer Ashraf El Hefnawy, representing El Hefnawy Contracting Company.

The winners in the medium enterprises category are Amal Abdel Wahed, representing New Cairo for Buildings Company; Engineer Mohamed El Bostany, representing El Bostany Company; Omar El Tayebi, representing El Tayebi Developments Company; and Engineer Ahmed Amin Massoud, representing Memar Al Ashraaf Company.

The winners in the small enterprises category are Hany El Assal, representing Business Integrated Solutions Company; Wael Ramadan, representing Centro Company; Engineer Amr Diab, representing Arabiya Office Company; and Engineer Mohamed Taher, representing NBC Company.
