El-Sherbiny stated that the Beit Al Watan project is being executed to strengthen ties with Egyptian expatriates, link them to their homeland, and enable them to build their private residences according to regulations. He stressed the need to rapidly complete utility and road projects for these plots across various new cities and provide all necessary support to the beneficiaries.
Engineer Ahmed Rashad, Head of the New Cairo City
Development Authority, confirmed that 107 plots are ready for connection in the
seventh phase: 22 plots in Area A and approximately 85 plots in Area D of the
Al-Narges Extensions.
Rashad indicated that the plan to supply permanent
electricity to all Beit Al Watan plots is ongoing, urging landowners to
cooperate and complete the necessary procedures to ensure swift development in
the area.
The Authority Head called on owners to expedite the required measures to ensure their plots are included in the current phase's electricity connection plan. He noted that the plot numbers ready for connection have been published on the New Cairo City Authority's official Facebook page.
