Hany indicated that TMG is now accelerating the execution schedule, aiming to begin deliveries in early 2028, ahead of the initial contractual deadline set for October of the same year.
Hany further noted that the project currently includes more
than 4,500 units under execution. He added that TMG is implementing an integrated
service operation system via its subsidiaries, maintaining the same high
standards it applies across its other residential communities, which
collectively house over 1.5 million people.
The CEO clarified that the Saudi market was one of the first
markets into which the Group expanded. He added that the Banan project
represents one of the most prominent models for smart cities in the region,
owing to its infrastructure which relies on advanced monitoring systems,
security sensors, smart home services, as well as smart transportation
solutions.
The Banan project is established as a leading smart city,
incorporating the latest monitoring technologies, security systems, smart home
services, and smart transportation solutions.
The new phase of the development includes residential units
with expansive views, featuring areas ranging from 100 to 170 square meters for
apartments and 216 to 480 square meters for villas.
Talaat Moustafa Group is also providing flexible payment options, including seven installments or financing solutions that extend up to 30 years.
