Tatweer Misr stated that the Il Monte Galala project has
reached 2,850 completed units. The company delivered more than 2,100 units to
clients. The company added that infrastructure, community services, and
recreational facilities are being finalized.
The company explained that 1,750 units have been completed
in the Fouka Bay project in Ras El Hekma. The company confirmed the delivery of
more than 1,450 units. The company noted that 3,350 units have been completed
in the Bloomfields project in Mostakbal City, with 1,450 units delivered so
far.
Tatweer Misr added that the D Bay project in the North Coast
has recorded the delivery of 260 units. The company delivered 160 units during
the summer of 2025 ahead of schedule. The company confirmed that work is progressing
in the Rivers project in New Zayed after completing phase one infrastructure.
The company added that the Salt project has surpassed a 50 percent completion
rate for phase one.
