El-Sherbiny reviewed the status of road development
projects, including Zewail Road, the NileSat Road entrance, the R4 dual
carriageway (service axis), the wholesale market road, Dahshur Road 266, the R3
road, and the development of the city’s main entrances from Zewail and Fayoum
Roads. He also checked the operation and maintenance of existing road sections
and ongoing main and secondary road projects.
The Minister examined progress on several housing projects,
including the "Housing for All Egyptians" project (810 buildings),
Phase Five for middle-income residents (219 buildings in Valera Gardens), Phase
Six for low-income residents (396 buildings), and the "Diarna"
middle-income housing project (118 buildings in Downtown Hadayek October).
He also reviewed the city’s drinking water and sanitation
systems, alongside strategic projects to meet current and future needs.
Engineer El-Sherbiny directed that all projects be completed
promptly according to technical specifications and within set deadlines. He
emphasized continuous maintenance, addressing traffic congestion on main and
secondary roads, improving the city’s visual appearance, and maintaining
ongoing communication with residents to resolve issues effectively.
