The first decision included reassigning Dr. Engineer Walid
Abbas Abdelkawy who is First Deputy Chairman of NUCA. He was appointed as
Assistant Minister of Housing for NUCA affairs and the Tourism Development
Authority for one year in addition to his current responsibilities.
The second decision included assigning Dr. Ahmed Reda Ali
Aliwa Emara who is Director General of Contracts and Disputes Settlement at
NUCA and Assistant to the Minister’s Office Supervisor. He was assigned to act
as Assistant Deputy Chairman of NUCA for the Real Estate and Commercial Affairs
Sector in addition to any further duties assigned to him.
The third decision included assigning Engineer Mohamed Moustafa
Ahmed Morsi who is Head of the 6 October City Authority. He was assigned to act
as Assistant Deputy Chairman of NUCA for the Planning and Projects Sector.
The fourth decision included several new postings. Engineer
Mohamed Abdallah Youssef Mahfouz who is Head of Hadayek October City Authority
was assigned as Head of the 6 October City Development Authority. Engineer
Yasser Abdelhalim Hassan Hassan who is Head of Sadat City Authority was
assigned as Head of the Hadayek October City Development Authority. Engineer
Mohamed Adel Anwar Mohamed El Sayed who is Deputy Head of New Alamein City
Authority was assigned as Head of the Sadat City Development Authority. Engineer
Ahmed Hassan Mohamed Kassem who is Deputy Head of New Alamein City Authority
was assigned as Head of the First Sector of the North West Coast Development
Authority. Engineer Moustafa Sayed Ahmed Mohamed who is Engineering Assistant
to the Head of Hadayek October City Development Authority was assigned as
Deputy Head of Hadayek October City Development Authority.
