Walid Zaki, Chairman of the company, said the new phase,
named Massiv, includes around 17 buildings featuring administrative and
commercial spaces, along with a hotel. The total investment in this phase is
estimated between EGP 6.5 billion and EGP 7 billion, excluding land value.
Zaki explained that the total sales of the entire project
are expected to reach EGP 97 billion. The company plans to deliver the first
buildings within two years. Construction work on this phase has already
started, and the full project is scheduled for completion within eight years.
He added that the company is focusing on the hospitality
segment within its projects, aiming to develop 700 hotel rooms across East
Cairo, Ain Sokhna, and the North Coast.
