Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny emphasized that the Ministry of
Housing attaches great importance to effective cooperation and partnerships
with the private sector. He noted that the ministry prioritizes maximizing the
benefits of completed projects by enhancing their utilization across
residential, service and investment fields. The ministry is also working in
parallel to capitalize on the available investment opportunities in new cities
to attract more local and foreign investments. These efforts aim to support the
national economy, create job opportunities across various sectors and fully
leverage the advanced infrastructure established in new urban communities.
During the meeting, participants reviewed the sales and
marketing status of several projects, including “Westview” in Sheikh Zayed
City, as well as ongoing marketing efforts for projects in New Alamein City and
the New Administrative Capital. The meeting also discussed partnership-based
investment opportunities between the ministry and Housing and Development
Properties (HDP).
