efforts to remove violations and encroachments in new cities and urban
communities. He added that regular campaigns are being carried out to prevent
informal practices and maintain the civilized appearance of urban areas. He
noted that clear directives have been issued to city heads and officials,
stressing that enforcing these measures is their direct responsibility.
The violations included constructing buildings of varying
heights and areas, establishing cemeteries, planting seasonal crops and trees,
digging water wells, and building fences, in addition to increasing building
ratios, adding concrete columns, and pouring front and rear setbacks without
permits or legal authorization.
