Egypt's Nile Property Expo kicks off in Riyadh

The 17th edition of the Nile Property Expo, the largest Egyptian real estate exhibition held outside Egypt, is taking place in the Saudi capital, Riyadh, from October 16 to 18. The event is held under the patronage of Prime Minister Dr. Moustafa Madbouly.

This year's exhibition, themed "Come to Egypt" (Ta'ala Masr), highlights the strong relationship between Egypt and Saudi Arabia and Egyptian developers' drive to increase their presence in the Saudi market.

The expo offers exceptional investment and real estate opportunities for Egyptians residing in the Kingdom and Saudi citizens looking to invest in property in Egypt.

A select group of top Egyptian real estate developers will showcase their latest projects across Egypt's most attractive investment destinations, including the New Administrative Capital, the North Coast, Sheikh Zayed, New Cairo, and Ain Sokhna.

Developers will compete with exclusive financing offers and facilities for Saudi-based clients, such as the option to secure units with 0% down payment and flexible installment plans extending up to 10 or 13 years. This makes the expo an ideal opportunity to own or invest in Egyptian property without significant financial burdens.

Participation of 24 Leading Egyptian Developers:

Dr. Bassem Kelila, Chairman of Kelila for Conferences and Exhibitions, the organizer of the Nile Property Expo series, confirmed that the current edition features 24 of the largest companies operating in the Egyptian real estate market.

The list of participants includes: G Developments, New Giza, Hassan Allam Properties, Nations of Sky Developments, Tatweer Misr, Ora Developers, SODIC, Sky Abu Dhabi, Hyde Park, Cred, Beta Real Estate Development, La Vista, Wadi Degla, Mint Real Estate, Delta Capital, El Karma, El Dawleya (International), in addition to the Urban Development Fund, which reports to the Egyptian Cabinet.

Customized Offers for Saudi Clients:

Dr. Kelila explained that all offers presented by the participating companies have been carefully studied to meet the needs of clients in the Kingdom, whether expatriate Egyptians or Saudi investors, emphasizing that the expo represents a new bridge of economic cooperation between the two countries in real estate investment.

Over the years, the "Nile Property Expo" has become a trusted platform for serious developers, combining trust, credibility, and quality organization, making it the most prominent Egyptian real estate event abroad.

Since its launch in 2017, the Nile Property Expo has cemented its position as the most important Egyptian real estate event abroad, thanks to its professional organization, its commitment to selecting the best companies and projects, and the high credibility it has earned from its clients in various countries.

In its 17th edition, the expo continues to enhance its role as an investment platform connecting the Egyptian market with the Arab investor, opening new horizons for those seeking modern properties and secure investment opportunities with attractive returns.
