El-Sherbiny affirmed the ministry’s commitment to achieving

The minister stressed the need to accelerate implementation
rates and ensure continuous on-site monitoring of work across all cities. He
called for every effort to be made to deliver these projects in a manner that
meets citizens’ needs, while maintaining compliance with standard
specifications at all stages of implementation.
He also reviewed the project’s implementation progress and
the alignment of completed works with the approved designs. The meeting
included a review of interior finishing works, where the best materials and
color schemes were selected to match the architectural style and meet
residents’ needs with a distinctive design that sets the project apart from
other models.
