During a
press conference held today, Engineer Ayman El-Kousey, CEO of Midar, said the
new project will cover an area of 500 feddans within Mada City, owned by Midar
in East Cairo.
El-Kousey
added that the project aligns with the company’s plan to attract leading
developers, noting that Midar currently has 26 developers under contract.
He also
noted that the project signed with Sodic is expected to attract investments
exceeding EGP 110 billion and will be developed in full partnership with Midar.
