Housing Ministry eases procedures for Egyptians abroad in Beit Al Watan project

The Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, acting on the instructions of Minister Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny and in response to requests from Egyptians abroad applying for the Beit Al Watan project, announced the launch of a personal financial wallet for each applicant. The move aims to provide greater flexibility and facilitate procedures for participants in the project. The wallet will allow the transfer of any remaining balances from the supplementary tenth phase, enabling applicants to use these funds in reservation procedures for the new phase.

The Beit Al Watan Committee confirmed that the initiative is intended to make transactions easier for applicants and ensure efficient use of transferred funds. The wallet system will be implemented starting with the eleventh phase through the project’s new website. Applicants wishing to transfer their down payments must submit a request via the designated email [email protected], as indicated on the official project website www.nuca.gov.eg.

The Ministry of Housing reiterated its commitment to maintaining effective communication with Egyptians abroad through specialized teams dedicated to responding to inquiries and addressing issues. The ministry underscored that this step reflects its focus on transparency and on providing the best possible services to citizens.
