The Cabinet’s Media Center stated that the platform aims to
develop the real estate marketing system in line with the highest standards of
transparency and governance. It will contribute to regulating the property
market and curbing unorganized practices.
The platform also seeks to provide a stable and attractive
investment environment.
According to the statement, the platform will serve as the
official reference for developers, brokers, investors, citizens, and real
estate platforms inside and outside Egypt. This will be implemented through the
Real Estate Market Regulation Unit and the Egyptian Real Estate Export Unit. It
will also allow advertising in line with approved professional standards.
The platform will further provide accurate and reliable data
on the legal status of properties, sales approvals, and advertising. This will
support faster decision-making, reduce disputes, and enhance global investment
inflows through a regulated real estate market that adopts the latest
technologies.
