The Crysta Mountain View project features three main islands, including Kin Island, the first to be launched, spanning 125 acres on the beachfront. Each island will include a boutique hotel alongside residential and recreational facilities. The project will be managed by The Lighthouse.
The development also includes an exclusive beach, a commercial zone with multiple brands, private beach cabins, and three luxury boutique hotels strategically distributed throughout the residential communities.
