El-Sherbiny toured the project site and checked landscaping
works and final finishing touches. He also followed up on the handover of units
to beneficiaries of the "Janna 4" project, which includes 34
residential buildings under the luxury housing program. In addition, he inspected
one of the units to assess the quality of interior finishes.
The Minister stressed the need to complete all remaining
works on time and in line with the agreed schedules. He underlined the
importance of adhering to the highest quality standards in execution. He also
highlighted the provision of essential services for beneficiaries.
El-Sherbiny directed the completion of landscaping and
greenery works around the finished buildings. He noted that these efforts are
vital to creating a modern urban environment that meets the needs of residents.
