Hassan noted that Sckylers builds on more than 25 years of
experience in contracting, construction, and real estate development in Egypt
and Germany, with a track record of 90 projects in Egypt and six in Germany. He
emphasized the company’s confidence in the strength of the Egyptian market,
particularly in the administrative, commercial, and entertainment sectors.
The OC project is located in New Cairo on the first plot of
the Suez Road, covering 16,339 square meters with a built-up area of 57,000
square meters. It comprises five buildings, with 60% of the total land
allocated to open, sustainably designed spaces to meet the needs of the new
generation.
The project offers administrative, medical, commercial, and
entertainment facilities. Hassan stressed that investment in such developments
will be a key driver of real estate growth in the coming period, driven by
rising demand from investors and buyers seeking long-term, stable returns. He
added that East Cairo, in particular, urgently requires projects of this kind
to keep pace with infrastructure development, population growth, and modern
lifestyle needs.
