According to its statement, the first project is located on
the July 26 Axis in Sheikh Zayed City. It spans 10 feddans and will feature
administrative and commercial activities. The second project, in New Cairo’s
Sixth Settlement, covers 50 feddans and will be developed as a fully integrated
residential community.
The company also owns two land plots in New Zayed and Sphinx
City. These will form part of its expansion plans in West Cairo.
One of One confirmed that the investment portfolio of its
planned projects exceeds EGP 150 billion. It added that it aims to expand
further in the coming period by acquiring land in the most sought-after
locations.
