The forum is organized in partnership with TH Group and
Counsel Masters and will run for eight days, with broad participation from
senior officials and representatives of leading real estate and investment
companies from Egypt and the Arab region.
Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny affirmed that New Alamein City
represents a pioneering model for future cities capable of attracting
investment and driving comprehensive development. He noted that the state is
creating an integrated investment environment through major infrastructure
projects and regulatory and legislative reforms, enabling investors to enter
the Egyptian market with confidence.
The forum forms part of the Ministry of Housing’s efforts to
promote Egyptian real estate exports and attract investment into new cities. It
comes at a crucial time as Egypt’s real estate sector is witnessing
accelerating activity, driven by the state’s vision to expand fourth-generation
cities and enhance investment opportunities in coastal and other emerging
cities.
The event will address vital themes, including sustainable
urban development, successful models of public-private partnerships, strategies
to attract foreign investment, and the promotion of real estate tourism. It
will also highlight the role of the media in supporting the state’s investment
vision, alongside the use of artificial intelligence and digital marketing
tools in real estate promotion.
