El-Sherbiny stresses timetable for Fustat Hills Gardens

Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities Minister Sherif El-Sherbiny held a meeting with officials from companies working on the Fustat Hills Gardens project in Old Cairo.The meeting aimed to review the project's progress and ensure all components are on track.

El-Sherbiny emphasized the importance of adhering to the construction timeline for the project. He stated the meeting was designed to identify and provide the necessary tools for companies to overcome any challenges and complete the work on schedule. The minister also directed officials to prepare daily reports on the project's status to ensure all details are monitored.

The Minister assured the project leaders of his full support to ensure completion within the specified timeframe.

During the meeting, El-Sherbiny was briefed on the progress of the 500-feddan project's various components, including the investment zone, river area, adventure zone, heritage area, green spaces, and other elements. Company officials provided detailed updates on their respective work sites.

Fustat Hills Gardens is one of the largest parks of its kind in the Middle East. It is designed to celebrate Egyptian heritage across Pharaonic, Coptic, Islamic, and modern eras. The project includes cultural and commercial activities, hotel services, open-air theaters, and an ancient archaeological and excavation site.
