Lotfy stated that the total includes EGP 2.5 billion in
sales generated in a single day at the company’s LVLS project in Ras El Hekma on
the North Coast, driven by increasing demand for this key location. He also
noted that the company recorded EGP 7 billion in sales from its Plage project
in the Sidi Abdel Rahman area of the North Coast during the same period.
He emphasized the fast-paced progress across the company’s North Coast developments and praised the cooperation of the North West Coast Development Authority in facilitating licenses, ministerial approvals, and administrative procedures to accelerate project execution.
