He held a meeting at the New Alamein City
Authority headquarters with representatives from Founders Real Estate
Development, attended by officials from the Ministry and NUCA.
El-Sherbiny emphasized the Ministry’s commitment
to maximizing returns on investments in residential and development projects
across new cities and various regions. He highlighted ongoing efforts to
implement a diverse portfolio of projects in partnership with real estate
developers and marketing firms, in line with the state’s strategy to enhance
collaboration with the private sector.
The Minister also
reviewed the sales performance of projects currently being marketed by the
company in the New Administrative Capital and New Cairo, along with the status
of another project in 6th of October City.
