El-Sherbiny welcomed the strong partnership with the
Alexandria Governorate and reaffirmed his full support for joint development
efforts. He said the meeting aimed to follow up on directives issued by Prime
Minister Dr. Moustafa Madbouly during his recent visit to the governorate.
The session also aimed to strengthen coordination and
explore proposals to improve the quality of life for Alexandria’s residents.
Governor Ahmed Khaled expressed appreciation for the
ministry’s continued support and commended affiliated agencies for their
contributions to projects across the governorate.
The meeting reviewed the development plan for historic and
heritage buildings along Alexandria’s Corniche, from Raml Station to the
Qaitbay Citadel. Plans for large-scale parking facilities were also presented.
