Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, Sherif El-Sherbiny, met yesterday, Tuesday, with officials from Cityscape Global Exhibition & Conference Group to coordinate for the upcoming Cityscape Egypt Summit and Exhibition, scheduled for September.

The meeting, held at the ministry's headquarters in New Alamein City, included Cityscape Global Regional Director Alexander Hofmann, Cityscape Egypt Exhibition Director Robert Daniel, and Cityscape Egypt Marketing Manager Basma El-Baz. Ministry and New Urban Communities Authority officials were also present.

El-Sherbiny emphasized Cityscape's importance as a platform for developers, investors, and officials to connect, offering insights into developers' needs and showcasing investment opportunities. He highlighted the "strength" of the Egyptian real estate market and its diverse investment appeal for both local and foreign investors.

Alexander Hofmann affirmed Cityscape Global's "pride to cooperate with the Egyptian Ministry of Housing," stating that "Egypt represents one of the most important markets... thanks to the boom in the Egyptian real estate sector." He added that Cityscape is working to transform Cityscape Egypt into a "leading regional platform."

Robert Daniel elaborated that the upcoming Cityscape Egypt aims to attract further investment into the Egyptian real estate sector. The event will invite local and regional industry leaders, including developers, investors, financing and consulting institutions, and government entities. He commended the housing ministry's "continuous support" in fostering public-private sector cooperation.

The meeting also featured a presentation on the exhibition's preparations, objectives, and event details. The event is slated to host over 30 speakers from investment leaders in Egypt and the Middle East, alongside more than 80 local and international real estate developers.
