“The Central” comprises a ground floor and seven upper
floors, along with two underground levels for parking. It includes dedicated
spaces for archives and storage, five high-speed elevators, and a comprehensive
range of services and amenities catering to company employees and visitors.
Nahla El-Ebiary, Managing Director of the company, stated
that the project is located in the Central Business District (CBD), within the
Financial District of the New Administrative Capital. It overlooks the Central
Bank of Egypt, lies adjacent to the Egyptian Stock Exchange, and is close to
the Government District, the Presidential Palace, and the Cabinet.
She added that SIAC focused on offering an ideal location
for companies seeking a work environment that supports productivity and
maximizes investment returns. The project is being implemented by SIAC
Industrial Construction and Engineering Company.
