The eight-storey project covers approximately 3,700 square metres and offers units ranging from 30 to 1,500 square metres. Delivery is expected within three years, with concrete pouring completed and construction underway. Sales for the units have officially begun.
Rola Abu Ghazala, CEO of A.M.A Real Estate Development, said
the move marks the company's debut in Egypt's real estate sector, which she
described as "one of the most promising" in the country. She
highlighted the New Administrative Capital as "a vital hub and a primary
destination for business and investments."
Abu Ghazala added that the company's strategy is to provide units that meet the diverse needs of clients, from startups to large corporations, amid increasing demand for high-quality administrative spaces.
