The project will transform a key
area of the city, featuring 79 residential buildings offering 1924 housing
units. A world-class hotel and a vibrant commercial, administrative, and
entertainment hub, complete with restaurants, cinemas, and an open-air theater,
will also be part of the complex. Construction is nearing completion, with unit
deliveries imminent.
The Minister emphasized the project's significance in restoring Cairo's historical grandeur and reestablishing its position as a cultural and tourist destination. The development aligns with the political leadership's vision of upgrading existing urban areas.
