Heliopolis co. for Housing & Development has completed the evaluation of bids submitted by three companies to develop a land in the New Heliopolis project, according to a statement issued Tuesday.
The company said that the three bids came from Madinet Masr,
Mountain View, and Hyde Park companies, and that it has completed the technical
evaluation of the bids that aim to establish a real estate project on a land which
worth more than 10 billion Egyptian pounds.
According to Heliopolis co., it is expected that the financial evaluation of the bids will be completed before the end of this month and will be presented to the board of directors to choose the most appropriate offer.
