Ambassador Mohamed El-Shenawy, the official spokesperson for the Presidency, stated that during his visit to Qatar, the President is scheduled to meet with His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, the Emir of the State of Qatar, to discuss ways to enhance bilateral cooperation across various fields and to address regional developments, particularly the Palestinian issue and ceasefire efforts in the Gaza Strip.
The President will also meet with representatives of the
Qatari business community to explore economic cooperation opportunities.
The spokesperson added that President Sisi will then proceed
to Kuwait, the second stop of his Gulf tour. This visit underscores the deep
strategic relations between the two countries and their shared commitment to
expanding economic and investment cooperation.
In Kuwait, the President is scheduled to meet with His Highness Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, the Emir of the State of Kuwait, as well as His Highness Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, the Crown Prince, and His Excellency Sheikh Fahad Yousef Saud Al-Sabah, the First Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Interior, and Acting Prime Minister.
