The first version of the application works on Android. An IOS version of the application will soon be launched. The new application also aims to handle complaints and inquiries received from investors in an easy way to facilitate investors and achieve rapid response to the complaint and follow-up. Investors can submit complaints or inquiries directly through the application. They will receive notifications when their issue is forwarded to the appropriate Ministry authority. Upon resolution, the final response is delivered via the application. In cases of delayed response, investors can escalate their request as urgent.
The investor's journey starts with a simple account
creation, requiring name, phone number, and email. Once registered, they can
easily choose to file a complaint or inquiry. Their personal account allows
them to track progress, view the status of their requests, and submit new ones.
The goal is to provide a user-friendly experience that saves investors time and
effort.
This application was launched in accordance with directives
from Minister Kamel Al-Wazir, Deputy Prime Minister for Industrial Development,
Minister of Industry and Transport, emphasizing the need to facilitate investor
dealings with the Ministry and adopt modern technological solutions.
It is worth mentioning that the Ministry has established an Investor Service and Support Unit to quickly handle investor requests and complaints, overcome the obstacles they face, in coordination with various Ministry affiliates.
