Egypt launches mobile app to streamline industrial investor complaints

The Ministry of Industry has launched a mobile application to facilitate the submission and tracking of complaints by industrial investors, linking them directly with ministry bodies and various government entities within the Ministerial Group for Industrial Development.

The "Investor Support" application, available on Android and iOS, aims to align with modern technological trends and simplify procedures for investors. The platform is integrated with several ministries and agencies, including Environment, Military Production, Electricity, Petroleum, Housing, Public Business Sector, Finance, Investment, Planning, Supply, Agriculture, and Labor, as well as the Central Bank and the National Food Safety Authority.

The app serves as a single window to track requests with relevant authorities, aimed at saving time and effort for investors.

Through the platform, users can send complaints or inquiries to the Ministry of Industry's Investor Service and Support Unit. Investors receive mobile notifications once a complaint is forwarded to the relevant entity. Final responses are delivered through the app, and users can send follow-up reminders if responses are delayed.

How to create an account:

- Register personal data (name, phone number, email, activity, and governorate).

- Select the required service (complaint or inquiry).
