Nasr stated that Gates Development has officially begun delivering the entire Gates Privé residential project a full year ahead of the contractual schedule, noting that this comes at a time when the Egyptian real estate market faces increasing challenges, particularly rising construction material costs.
The Gates Privé project spans 17 acres and includes 98
residential units. The company also reported progress on Privé Mall, which is
approximately 60% complete and scheduled for delivery by the end of 2026, as
part of the project’s integrated ecosystem.
The company is also developing Gates Lugar in the New Sphinx
area, located directly on the Cairo–Alexandria Desert Road, opposite Sphinx
International Airport. The project includes 935 residential units, with
construction currently at around 25% completion.
Additionally, Gates Development is executing the Space
Commercial Complex in Sheikh Zayed City, a fully integrated commercial,
administrative, and medical project covering 33,600 square meters and
comprising 545 units. Construction has reached about 25%, with a clear plan to
begin delivering the first phase within two years.
