Ahmed Lotfy Soliman, LDV's CEO, announced that the company plans to establish an integrated services complex in Alexandria that will include a modern university, a teaching hospital, and an international school. The initial investment for this project is estimated at $200 million, equivalent to approximately 9.8 billion Egyptian pounds.
The CEO made the announcement during a meeting with Minister
of Investment and Foreign Trade Engineer Hassan El Khatib.
Lotfy said the company has broad expansion plans for the
Egyptian market, noting that the proposed Alexandria project will feature a
modern university built to international standards, incorporating a teaching
hospital and an international school affiliated with the British Academy.
He added that the group aims to support Egypt's national development plans through long-term, value-added projects that will contribute to attracting further investments and enhancing human capital.
