The company added that total sales since the beginning of
2025 have reached approximately EGP 27 billion, out of an annual target of EGP
32 billion.
The exhibition, held at the Egypt International Exhibitions
Center in New Cairo until September 27, is one of the region’s most prominent
real estate events. Participation, the company explained, came as part of its
strategy to enhance its presence in the local market and present its latest
innovative projects.
During the event, the developer showcased a range of
flagship projects, including YOUD, Ten Islands, The Mornings, and Wadi Zaha.
According to the statement, these projects reflect a commitment to delivering a
diverse portfolio of units with advanced concepts that address evolving
customer needs and meet the aspirations of various generations and social
segments, supported by integrated services and facilities.
The statement concluded that the company’s success is not
limited to seizing opportunities, but rather rests on a comprehensive strategy
built on four pillars: selecting promising destinations, forging value-driven
partnerships, introducing fresh project concepts, and pursuing regional expansion
by exporting Egyptian expertise.
