In a statement, Wealth Holding said that the first project
under the partnership will be the Geval Business Complex in the New
Administrative Capital’s Downtown area. The project spans approximately 3,600
square meters and will incorporate enhanced hospitality services. It consists
of 12 floors comprising commercial, administrative, and serviced apartment
components, with Retaj managing only the hospitality element.
Engineer Sohair Karim, Chairperson of Wealth Holding, said
that integrating comprehensive real estate development with hospitality
services is a global trend, and Egypt has become one of the leading markets
embracing this approach thanks to its urban development plans and Vision 2030.
This, she noted, makes the Geval Business Complex a model for a new phase of
real estate and tourism investments.
She added that Egypt’s real estate market is experiencing
one of its most dynamic periods despite global economic challenges. She
stressed that Wealth sees the partnership with Retaj as adding exceptional value
to the Geval project by integrating innovative hospitality solutions, enhancing
the market’s appeal, and delivering sustainable investment returns for clients.
