According to CEO Sherif Taha, the new project, named "Lifewise," spans nearly 29 feddans. It is divided equally between residential and commercial/administrative uses. The development will include a modern business district, a comprehensive commercial and administrative strip, a residential area, and a private social club. The commercial strip covers 25,495 square meters and will consist of a ground floor plus three storeys, with an underground garage.
Taha noted that the master plan for the project was assigned
to Azur Designs, while Misr Pinnacle will serve as the general consultant for
the design elements.
The administrative and commercial area will offer office spaces ranging from 35 to 183 square meters, with options for combination. Commercial units will vary from 75 to 1,000 square meters, with outdoor areas. The residential zone will feature a variety of units ranging from 85 to 265 square meters.
