Mohamed Auf, Chairman of Arabco Developments, stated that
the project spans approximately 11,000 square meters, with a total built-up
area exceeding 21,000 square meters. It comprises a ground floor and five upper
floors, in addition to two basement levels dedicated to parking. The ground and
mezzanine floors will feature shops and cafés with outdoor spaces, while the
first through fourth floors are designated for administrative offices and
medical clinics with private entrances.
He noted that unit sizes start from 36 square meters for
retail outlets, 34 square meters for offices, and 39 square meters for clinics.
Auf added that the company has successfully delivered over
300 projects in Dubai and more than 100 in Egypt, ranging from residential
towers to commercial and administrative malls, as well as residential
compounds. Its most notable developments in New Cairo include Livelli Mall and
Cattleya Compound.
