Seddik made the remarks during his speech at the opening session of the third annual The Investor... Real Estate conference, organized by Black Diamond in cooperation with the Real Estate Development Chamber of the Federation of Egyptian Industries. The conference's theme is "The Future of Real Estate: Challenges, Solutions, and the Alternative Market."
Seddik stated that the new development approach is based on
a comprehensive study of projects from all angles, starting with citizen needs,
moving to regional requirements, and culminating in the most efficient
implementation mechanisms. He affirmed that this new method ensures projects
achieve a balance between social, urban, and economic dimensions.
He added that the state's efforts in urban development,
backed by strong private sector participation, will directly impact citizens'
lives, as they will feel a tangible difference in the quality of projects and
life within developed areas.
The Urban Development Fund chairman stressed that the next phase will be based on integration between the state and developers. This cooperation will ensure the best use of resources and maximize developmental and investment returns. He noted that Egypt has a historic opportunity to strengthen its position as a leading regional market in urban and real estate development.
