consultant for the management and operation of commercial spaces. The
collaboration covers integrated solutions, including planning, operational
strategies, and design consulting, to enhance the investment and commercial
value of the "Central" project and ensure its alignment with market
requirements and customer needs.
The "Central" project is being built on a total
built-up area of approximately 160,000 square meters, comprising administrative
offices, retail outlets, and entertainment spaces on the northern and southern
90th Streets and Mohamed Naguib Axis.
