The plots, part of the ninth phase of the "Beit El Watan" project for Egyptians working abroad, will be handed over starting Sunday, September 21, 2025, and will continue until Wednesday, November 5, 2025.
El-Sherbiny emphasized the need to facilitate the handover
process, ensure good organization, and review utility services like water and
sewage at the sites.
The New Obour City Development Authority stated that customers must go to the Customer Service Technology Center at the authority's headquarters to open a file for their plot. They must bring proof of payment and all relevant documents for the land.
