The training program features a select group of
international experts from Germany, the UAE, and Egypt. This ensures the
exchange of international expertise and prepares a generation of Egyptian real
estate marketers capable of competing locally and globally according to the
latest international practices and standards.
Dr. Rasha Saad Sharaf, Secretary General of the Education
Development Fund, said the protocol aligns with the Fund’s role in supporting
Egypt’s vision to invest in human capital. She described the cooperation with
Black Diamond Academy as a model of effective public-private partnership
supporting national development goals.
She added that the Fund focuses on the real estate sector as
a key driver of economic growth. Preparing specialized professionals to meet
international market requirements in real estate marketing and development is a
top strategic priority.
Dr. Sharaf highlighted that the International Licensing
Academy ensures its programs combine scientific and practical foundations. This
includes advanced curricula, precise evaluation methods, and digital learning
platforms that support continuous education and keep pace with global digital
transformation.
She emphasized that the collaboration represents a
pioneering step to empower Egyptian youth. It enables them to integrate
effectively into the global labor market and excel in real estate marketing
locally and internationally. This initiative strengthens the competitiveness of
the Egyptian economy and positions Egypt as a hub for exporting qualified human
resources.
The Education Development Fund noted that the protocol adds
significant value to its program portfolio. It extends ongoing efforts to
qualify Egyptian youth and secure quality employment opportunities inside and
outside Egypt, in line with the New Republic objectives and Egypt Vision 2030.
Ahmed Abu Raya, CEO of Black Diamond Exhibitions and
Conferences, said the protocol comes at a time when the real estate sector is
increasingly important for the state. The government aims to double inhabited
areas, provide adequate housing for all Egyptians, and stimulate economic
growth. The sector creates 10 million direct and indirect jobs and supports 105
connected industries.
He added that the protocol introduces a new professional
pathway for real estate brokers and marketers. It offers intensive training
followed by a practical certification exam. This approach preserves the
profession’s credibility, enhances client trust, and combats the perception
that “real estate marketing has become a profession for those without a
profession.”
The signing ceremony was attended by prominent developers,
including Senator Ahmed Sabbour, Chairman and Managing Director of Al Ahly
Sabbour; Waleed Mokhtar, Chairman of Iwan Developments and Secretary General of
the Real Estate Export Council; Ayman Amer, General Manager of SODIC; Ahmed El
Adawy, CEO of Inertia Real Estate Developments; and Hussein Ahmed Sabbour, Vice
Chairman of Landmark Properties LMD.
