The meeting focused on sales of residential units in New Alamein's Latin Quarter and delivery schedules for ready units, the statement added. El-Sherbiny directed the company to set a timeline for deliveries and establish a joint follow-up mechanism to ensure work continues on schedule.
Discussions also covered sales and deliveries for the
Arabesque project near the historic Magra El-Oyoun aqueduct in Cairo, the
Sawari project in Alexandria, and the La Plage, Marina 8, and Marina 8 by the
Lake projects.
El-Sherbiny emphasized the ministry's vision for marketing
and promoting development projects in new cities to maximize returns and fund ongoing
and future projects.
The meeting is part of the minister's regular consultations with real estate companies to monitor marketing plans for the ministry's projects.
