He stressed the importance of achieving
resource-optimization targets. He urged all sectors to intensify efforts to
accelerate project implementation and enhance overall performance.
The minister also called for securing additional resources
and maximizing revenues. He emphasized making full use of available assets,
increasing offerings on the investment platform, and optimizing land use in the
new cities.
El-Sherbiny directed continuous monitoring of utilities and
routine maintenance of roads and facilities. He also instructed proper
lighting, road signage, and ongoing cleaning and waste removal to maintain the
cities in top condition.
He highlighted the need for full governance of the National
Strategy for Sustainable Green Construction and Urbanization. This aims to
facilitate developers’ access to the incentives outlined in the strategy.
