The meeting reviewed the status of Orascom's projects in the New Alamein City, including the Heritage City, the Latin Quarter, and the beach towers in the LD01 area. The discussion also covered the supply of components for these projects and the progress of the Marina towers.
In this context, the minister directed a push to accelerate
work on the heritage city to complete it and to increase the labor force in the
Latin Quarter to finish the remaining units and work for on-schedule delivery
to those who have reserved them.
The meeting also addressed the progress of water and
sanitation projects being executed by Orascom in the New Administrative Capital
and a residential project. Additionally, the status of work on the Maspero
towers was discussed, including the commercial, recreational, and residential
towers, as well as the surrounding plaza and the project's power station.
El-Sherbiny concluded the meeting by emphasizing the importance of the projects Orascom is implementing, affirming his support to accelerate the work and ensure they are completed on schedule.
