"Housing for All Egyptians" in10th of Ramadan reaches 90% completion

Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny announced that 6,994 residential units are under construction in the "Housing for All Egyptians" presidential initiative in the Al-Narges neighborhood of the 10th of Ramadan City. The project has reached a 90% completion rate.

El-Sherbiny emphasized the need for frequent field visits to project sites to remove any obstacles, ensure adherence to standard specifications, and meet project completion deadlines.

Separately, Alaa Abdallah Moustafa, head of the 10th of Ramadan City Development Authority, inspected the "Housing for All Egyptians" units in the fifth phase of the Al-Narges neighborhood to check on the infrastructure and final finishes. The project includes 298 buildings with 6,994 fully serviced, 90-square-meter units.

During his tour, Moustafa inspected a residential unit to ensure the quality of the finishes and their compliance with technical specifications. He also reviewed the implementation of utility networks, including water, sewage, and roads, along with landscaping, such as installing interlocking tiles, planting trees, and building sidewalks.

Moustafa stressed the importance of planting trees within the project and around parking lots to provide shade and urged the contractors to complete the remaining work on schedule while maintaining high-quality standards.

In a related context, Nader Zaafar, head of the 10th of Ramadan Gardens Urban Community Authority, inspected the construction of units for the fifth and sixth phases of the "Housing for All Egyptians - Green Model" presidential initiative. He also reviewed road and utility work.

Zaafar emphasized that the contracting companies must adhere to the specified deadlines and quality standards while following health and safety procedures.

He also followed up on the development and beautification of the authority's administrative headquarters, noting that directional signs have been installed on the road leading to the headquarters from the Bilbeis-10th of Ramadan road. The foundations for light poles have been dug, and the paving, curbstone, and interlock work is nearing completion. Zaafar also reviewed the finishing work for the citizen services building and the landscaping of the area in front of the headquarters.
