The company disclosed on Tuesday that the total debt
amounted to EGP 96.33 million.
Under the settlement, Maadi Construction will repay the debt
in full by transferring ownership of an attached vacant land plot measuring
4,945 sqm, located along the Cairo-Ismailia Desert Road.
The signing of the final sale contract marks full and final
settlement of the debt owed by Maadi Construction.
Heliopolis Housing posted a net profit of EGP 640.29 million
for January–June 2025, compared with EGP 1.39 billion during the same period in
2024.
