Minister El-Sherbiny emphasized the need to simplify
procedures for beneficiaries, resolve any issues that may arise, and ensure the
handover process is well organized.
According to Abdel Raouf El-Gheity, head of the New Cairo
City Development Authority, the schedule is as follows:
August 31, 2025: Building 75
September 2, 2025: Building 76
September 4, 2025: Building 74
September 7, 2025: Building 73
September 9, 2025: Building 90
September 11, 2025: Building 91
September 14, 2025: Building 131
September 15, 2025: Building 132
September 16, 2025: Building 133
September 17, 2025: Building 134

The Authority stressed that winning bidders must first
complete their procedures at the Housing and Development Bank branch in Fifth
Settlement. Afterward, they should proceed to the Citizens Service Office at
the city authority to finalize the paperwork, inspect their units, and take
possession.
