The protocol was signed by Ahmed Abdel Razek, Permanent
Undersecretary of the Ministry of Finance, and Dr. Amr El-Nahhas, Vice
President of the Academy for Business Development and Training. It aims to
strengthen the administrative and professional capacities of ministry employees
by providing partial scholarships for staff and their families to enroll in
postgraduate programs, in addition to facilitating the exchange of expertise
and knowledge.
Minister Kouchouk stressed that the signing of this protocol
marks an important step toward enhancing human capital and upgrading the skills
of the ministry’s workforce, thereby boosting institutional performance and
advancing sustainable development. He affirmed that the ministry views
investment in human capital as a cornerstone of its strategy and objectives.
Dr. Hodeib expressed his appreciation for the cooperation
with the Ministry of Finance, noting that the Academy will leverage its
academic and research expertise to support the ministry in preparing highly
qualified cadres capable of meeting future challenges.
Dr. Rasha Ragheb extended her gratitude to the Minister of
Finance, voicing confidence that this step will positively impact ministry
employees and affiliated entities by enabling them to benefit from the
Academy’s expertise across various fields.
