The Minister was received by Matrouh Governor Khaled Shoeib. He is scheduled to hold a meeting with officials from the ministry’s affiliated bodies, including the Holding Company for Water and Wastewater, the National Authority for Potable Water and Sanitation, and the Central Agency for Reconstruction. The goal of the meeting is to review project progress, address any challenges, and ensure the delivery of services to residents.
El Sherbiny expressed his satisfaction with the ongoing
cooperation between the ministry and the governorate, particularly in the
Northwest Coast region. He affirmed his full support for the people of Matrouh
on all ministry-related projects, including those for water, sanitation, and
housing.
For his part, Governor Shoeib welcomed the visit, stating
that it reflects the state's keen interest in the governorate and its
commitment to accelerating the implementation of development projects.
Following the meeting, the minister and governor will conduct field inspections of several project sites.
