According to the company’s disclosure issued today, net
profit reached EGP 903.7 million in the second quarter of 2025, up from EGP
701.6 million in the same period last year, a 29% increase after deducting
minority interests. Earnings per share rose to EGP 0.31 per share, compared to
EGP 0.23.
The company said the net profit growth was supported by a
nearly 53% increase in net operating revenues, surpassing EGP 7 billion in Q2
2025, compared to EGP 4.7 billion in Q2 2024.
Half-year profits also rose 43% to EGP 2.44 billion, up from
EGP 1.7 billion during the same period last year.
